The Institute of Information Technology in Civil Engineering (IIC) is a trusted unit in scientific research, software development, technology transfer and advanced training in construction, IT and industry software.

The Ministry of Education and Training established the Center for Information Technology in Civil Engineering under Hanoi University of Civil Engineering.

The Center was transformed into the Institute of Information Technology in Civil Engineering with expanded scale and capacity.
